Some specific positions for which we are currently recruiting for our facility at Jaipur, India are:
Assistant Manager-Administration
The right candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Administration, preferably from Hotel Industry. He/she would be required to handle all administrative functions viz. purchases and installations (general & technical), inventory controls, security, transport, cafeteria, contracts and regulatory matters etc.
Candidates should possess good communication skills, should be methodical and comfortable working in night shifts.
Customer Service Professionals
We are looking for bright, young professionals with excellent English communication skills, a flair for customer service, clear voice and diction, and strong interpersonal skills. You should be willing to work in night shifts, to support our clients in UK/USA/Australia.
Telemarketing Executives
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, clear voice and flawless spoken English. Flair for sales is a must. Candidates should be highly energetic and should possess a drive to excel. Prior experience in BPO / telemarketing would be given preference. Fresher / undergraduates may also apply. Salary will be at par with best in the industry.
Trainers
We are looking for sales and/or soft-skills (customer care, telephone etiquette) trainers with minimum two years of experience in single-handedly developing and delivering similar programs. Desired candidates should possess excellent communication and motivational skills and a strong interest and background in training. The candidate should have the ability to undertake relevant research and organize material and information, and deliver effectively in a classroom environment.
Manager-Operations
We require professionals with minimum five years operations experience in the service industry, with at least two years in a managerial capacity. Strong people management skills, process orientation, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), good analytical abilities and willingness to work in shifts are pre-requisites. People with exposure to BPOs or call-centers will be preferred.
Manager-Quality Assurance
The right candidate should have minimum five years experience in a quality control, assurance or management role, preferably in the BPO or call-center industry. Excellent analytical skills, strong written and verbal English communication skills, coaching and mentoring abilities and displayed leadership skills are essential. Prior experience in quality certifications (ISO, COPC, eSCM, Six Sigma), TQM, business process management, process documentation and audits would be an added advantage.
